LOCATION_TYPE	Location along a street segment where the asset location point is located. Domain is D_ATD_SIGN_LOCATION_TYPE.
LANDMARK	Description to help with finding the location of an asset location point based on features visible in the field.

ASSET_CATEGORY	Category assigned to sign or pole point asset. Domain is D_ATD_SIGN_ASSET_CATEGORY.
ASSET_NAME	Name for the sign or pole point asset.
SIGN_MESSAGE	Concatenated field, need to look up.
DIRECTION_FACING	Cardinal direction the sign or pole point asset is facing. Domain is D_ATD_DIRECTION.
SIGN_MOUNT	Sign mounting type. Domain is D_ATD_SIGN_MOUNT.
ASSET_STATUS	Status of the sign or pole point asset. Domain is D_ATD_SIGN_ASSET_STATUS.
ASSET_CONDITION	Condition of the sign or pole point asset. Domain is D_ATD_SIGN_ASSET_CONDITION.
ASSET_INSTALLATION_DATE	Date that the asset was installed.
