ArcGIS Collector App
The ArcGIS Collector App is used on a Tablet when working in the field. This Wiki helps with Signing in/out, Navigating, Editing, and Collecting new data within the App.
Signing into the ArcGIS Collector App
Find the ArcGIS Collector App on your Tablet to Sign In.
If you haven't used it before, you may need to download it from the Google Play Store.

Sign in with ArcGIS Online

Sign in with Your ArcGIS organization's URL

Enter Austin for the URL and check the box to "Remember this URL"

After signing in the first time and checking remember this URL, this will replace the last 2 steps above.

Choose COACD WINDOWS Austin GIS Online

Choose Collector at the bottom to Sign In, it will only ask you this once.

Signing out of the ArcGIS Collector App
If you need to Sign Out of ArcGIS Collector, go back out to the Maps main page then click on the person in the upper right corner, then Sign Out under your Name.

Select an Editable Feature
When you select an editable feature the Attribute Table will open on the left side of the map.
Options are available at the bottom, click the pencil to start editing.

Scroll to the bottom of the Attribute Table to see all options available.

Collecting New Features
Click on the Blue Plus Sign at the bottom right to add a new feature

The Map will zoom to your location with the cross with the circle showing your location and the Feature Templates will open on the left side of the map.
Move around the map by Panning and Zooming +/- to get to the exact location where you want to add a new feature (the cross for the new feature does not move).
Select the Feature Type on the left side and a new feature will be created.

The Attribute Window will open to be completed for the new feature.

If you need to Undo the creation, click the "X" to the left of Collect, then Discard.
