Teams may be installed on your computer.

First thing is first, check if your computer has it already installed. Click on the start button on the bottom left of your screen and begin typing “Teams”.

Step 1: Search if Team is already installed

Step 2: Log in

You will want to enter in your work email, it may also take you to the city’s log in page where you’ll need to enter your email address and network (computer password).

Step 3: Search for contact Start typing the person's last name you which to chat with in the search bar at the top

A chat window will appear. Type in a message and click the "arrow pointing to the right", the "Send" button

Step 4: Sharing your screen

On your chat window, click the "Share Content" button

You will be prompted to choose the desktop or screen you want to share (this will only come up if you have multi windows up), then click "Share".

Your screen share is successful if your monitor has a red outline around the screen you're sharing.
