Display your COA phone number when calling from your cell phone

Assumptions:

  • Your desk phone has the EC500 call forwarding enabled

Steps:

  • To place a call so that your COA desk phone number (not your cell number) will appear in the caller ID you must first access an idle appearance on your desk phone by calling 512-978-4899 from your cell

  • Then when you hear dial tone

  • Enter the 5-digit internal extension number you are calling or the outside number

    • (Example: 9-512-974-2000) as if you were sitting at your desk phone.
