DTS Service Request Form

This form is submitted to the Transportation and Public Works Department's Data & Technology Services (DTS) Division.

The DTS team will be notified of new service requests and create any corresponding issues, and follow-up with requesters as appropriate.

Contact Data and Technology Services if your request is a/an

  • Help with licenses, knack application accounts, hardware, etc.

  • ArcGIS installations, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe
