Create a new premium workspace in Power BI

If you wish to publish Power BI items that contain sensitive/PII that is shared to a specific work group depending on the business justification. Examples include financial or HR related reporting.

You must submit a ServiceNow ticket. All Power BI Premium Workspace related requests must be routed to ESA group. Fill out the ticket with the following information:

  • The number of premium workspace

    • Good practice is to have three premium workspace for Dev, Test, and Prod environments

  • The name(s) of the premium workspace

  • The admins of the workspace: Susanne Gov, Charlie Henry, Diana Martin
