How to Submit Service Request for Parking Meters

1. Navigate to the My Assignments tab

2. Click "New SR | Meters" button

3. Enter in the Issue Type the category type of the issue

4. Use drop down to select Issue Type:

   • Meters - Bike Rack Damage: for bike rack damage service requests

   • Meters - Graffiti: for graffiti on parking meter assets

   • Meters - Damaged Pay Station: for damage on pay stations

   • Meters - Permits Materials Issues: for issues with permit materials (ex. temporary signage, meter bags)

   • **If you encounter a customer who is having Parking Machine issues, please continue to refer them to 311 and submit a Parking Machine Issue**

5. Enter in the Address of where the issue is taking place

6. Enter in Details if there are important notes or comments about the request

7. Click Submit
