Using the Resource Tracking page
PUTTING A TECHNICIAN IN AN "UNAVAILBLE" STATUS
Navigate to the Resource Tracking tab
On the table will be a list of Parking Enforcement Officers filtered by their shifts
Example: To do a radio check, Sort by Radio number or Name
Sorting: click the name of the field to sort (A-Z), click again to sort the opposite way (Z-A)
Click the (knife & fork), (clock), (bullhorn), (x with circle), (sign out arrow) icons under each column "Lunch", "Break", "Out-of-Service", "Clock Out"
If "Out-of-Service" is selected - will open a form window
must select a "Out-of-Service Reason"
Car Wash
Conducting Survey
Meeting
Service Center
Training
Inspections
Click "Going Out-of-Service" button - will sign you as "Unavailable"
Doing this will place the officer in an "Unavailable" status
RETURNING A TECHNICIAN TO AN "AVAILBLE" STATUS
Click the under the "Return" column, (left arrow) icon
This will return the officer into an "Available" status
