Using the Resource Tracking page

PUTTING A TECHNICIAN IN AN "UNAVAILBLE" STATUS

  1. Navigate to the Resource Tracking tab

  2. On the table will be a list of Parking Enforcement Officers filtered by their shifts

  3. Example: To do a radio check, Sort by Radio number or Name

    1. Sorting: click the name of the field to sort (A-Z), click again to sort the opposite way (Z-A)

  4. Click the (knife & fork), (clock), (bullhorn), (x with circle), (sign out arrow) icons under each column "Lunch", "Break", "Out-of-Service", "Clock Out"

  5. If "Out-of-Service" is selected - will open a form window

    • must select a "Out-of-Service Reason"

      1. Car Wash

      2. Conducting Survey

      3. Meeting

      4. Service Center

      5. Training

      6. Inspections

  6. Click "Going Out-of-Service" button - will sign you as "Unavailable"

  7. Doing this will place the officer in an "Unavailable" status

RETURNING A TECHNICIAN TO AN "AVAILBLE" STATUS

  1. Click the under the "Return" column, (left arrow) icon

  2. This will return the officer into an "Available" status
