How to Process Event Support Requests
This process applies to both quote estimates and invoices.
Navigate to the Event Support Requests page.
Locate the request from the Event Support Requests | Single Day table. The requests in the table are shown in the order they were received so a request submitted on 07/01 will appear above a request submitted on 07/02.
To edit request details, go to the Request Details page by clicking on the Details icon.
On the Request Details page, edit request details if needed.
Add Invoice Items from the embedded form.
For Invoice Item Type, select Scheduling Fee and click Add.
For Invoice Item Type, select Personnel, followed by Personnel type, number of staff, and hours, and then click add. Repeat for each Personnel type.
For invoice Item Type, select vehicle, followed by number and hours, then click Add. If different vehicles were used for different amounts of time, you can add a new row for vehicles as needed.
When the invoice items are complete, click Update Status and change status to Final Review.
Click Submit. A notification will be sent to the Review team.
