How to Manage Single Day and Multi-Day Request Connections

Connect Existing Single Day Requests to a New Multi-Day Request

Note: Single Day requests can be connected to a Multi-Day Request at any time, but invoice items and initial review must be completed on the level of the Single Day requests before the Multi-Day Request can be completed.

  1. From the Event Support Requests landing page, click Create New Multi-Day Request to launch a pop-up form.

  1. Enter Multi-Day Request details in the pop-up form.

  2. In the Connected Single Day Requests field, search for existing Single Day Requests to add. Click on the request to add it.

  3. To remove a selected Single Day request, click x next to its name.

  4. When done, click Submit to save.

  5. Click the Details icon from the Multi-Day Requests table to view Multi-Day Invoice details and see a table of its connected Single-Day requests.

Disconnect Single Day Requests from a Multi-Day Request
  1. From the Multi-Day Request Details page, click Manage Connected Single Day Requests.

  2. In the subsequent pop-up form, click x next to the name of the Single Day Request(s) you wish to remove.

  3. When done, click Submit to save.
