How to create a Service Request (SR) record

  1. Navigate to the "Service Requests" tab

  2. Click the + New SR button

  3. Enter in the Source that the request is coming from

  4. Enter in the Method Received to include how the request was received

  5. Enter in the Issue Type the category type of the issue:

    • Meters - Bike Rack Damage: for bike rack damage service requests

    • Meters - Graffiti: for graffiti on parking meter assets

    • Meters - Damaged Pay Station: for damage on pay stations

    • Meters - Permits Materials Issues: for issues with permit materials (ex. temporary signage, meter bags)

    • Meters - Preventative Maintenance: for issues regarding preventative maintenance

  6. Enter in the Address of where the issue is taking place

  7. Enter in Details if there are important notes or comments about the request

  8. Click Submit
