Actuals for the current work order - materials, labor, services (also able to view children work orders on this screen)
Intradepartmental communication to relay status and activiity changes in the order, Mainly the Work Log. [Communication Log is not used and Audit Records is auto populated from other entries]
Track problem, cause and remedy. The Problem will come over from CSR. Tech 1-3/CL typically enter Cause and Remedy - more likely after an onsite visit.
Details of service and scope performed, varies based on workgroup, classification and asset type. Can also be used to notify another workgroup for reassignment (Flex Field 2).
