4. SBO Work Order Tracking Screen
This section details how to navigate each tab of the work order in MAXIMO.
Tabs on the Work Order

Displaying and Entering overall summary of service, location, asset, address and workgroup
Plans
Displays Planned Labor, Materials, and Tools. Not used unless Job Plans are being incorporated
Children Tickets and/or CSR Originated, CSR Multiple Related due to same Asset or Service Need
Entering Actuals for the current work order - materials, labor, services. Also able to view children work orders on this screen.
Intradepartmental communication to relay status and activity changes in the order, Mainly the Work Log. [Communication Log is not used and Audit Records is auto populated from other entries]
Track problem of work order, what caused it, and what remedy was used to resolve the work order.
Details of service and scope performed, varies based on workgroup, classification and asset type. Can also be used to notify another workgroup for reassignment (Flex Field 2).

Map
Provides a bird's eye view the geographic location of the issue.
