Flex Notes
This is a component of the Service Request. It's the fields that 311 agents ask citizens about the service problem.
Specifications
This is an area that tracks work related information (ex. How many lane miles was worked on?)
Actuals
This is used when describing the work and things (Labor, Material, Tools) associated to a work order
Flex Note 2
This is a field in the specifications used for "transferring" work from one group to another.
Time Log
This area is to track when a user was on site to do work.
Asset
a physical piece of equipment or infrastructure that is owned or maintained by the City
Location
a place where assets may be installed or where work may be performed.
Service Address
physical street address. This information is used to help crews find the general location of a work order.
Start Center
This is the main screen when you log into Maximo and see the various data/work order portlets.
Portlets
displays the results of a saved query in either a list or chart format
