A citizen generated work request
Flex Notes
This is a component of the Service Request. It's the fields that 311 agents ask citizens about the service problem.
Service Address
Physical street address. This information is used to help crews find the general location of a work order.
Location
A place where assets may be installed or where work may be performed.
Work Log
Comment field to provide a statement of work performed
Work Order Request Terms
Work Order (WO)
Record used to track the work that is performed
