Starting a New Work Order | Scheduled Work
Navigate to the Work Order | Technicians page
1. Click + New Work Order | Scheduled Work button
Filling out Work Order asset fields
2. Fill out the work order fields:
Select Assigned Work Group and use the drop-down to select the appropriate group

Construction Services
Communications
Select Asset Type and use the drop-down to select the appropriate asset
Signal
Camera
Digital Messaging
Sign (DMS)

School Beacon Zone

Other / No Asset
Filling out Work Order fields
3. Begin typing Lead Technician name into the field for the search to activate and provide a list of users
Will only show a list of "Active" AMD employees
Begin typing Support Technician(s) name into the field for the search to activate and provide a list of users - OPTIONAL
Select Trouble Call Type (Problem Report) and use the drop-down to select the appropriate asset
LED Out
Communication Failure
Detection Failure
Digtess
Knockdown
Push Button Not Working
Signal Out or on Flash
Timing Issue
Visibility Issue
Other
Task Order
Begin typing Task Order(s) keyword or numbers for the search to activate and find the record
Reported By
Select Reported By and use the drop-down to select the appropriate record

CSR # Number
Begin typing CSR # number to locate the CSR record
By SR # Number
Moped Project
Begin typing Moped Project name into the field to locate the record - OPTIONAL

Work Description (Problem Details)
Enter in details for Work Description (Problem Details)
Ex. What are you working on, background information about the issue
Instructions & Comments
Enter in any Instructions & Comments for the technicians
Filling out Work Order Scheduled Work fields
Under Scheduled Work section, select Yes or No for Schedule Immediately field
If Yes, use the date picker to select a Work Schedule Date that you would like work to begin
Click Save & Continue to continue to the next page
On the Schedule Work page, select Scheduled Work Assigned and begin typing the task in the search field or scroll the drop down list to choose a work assignment
Click Add Work Task
If a selection was made in error, click the Remove icon (trash can) to delete the record
Continue to add all work tasks for this work order
Click Save & Continue to create a work order
