2. Click the Account Admin tab in top right navigation bar.
3. Use the search bar to verify that the user account does not already exist.
4. Click Add Account to create a new data tracker account. Complete the form fields as necessary. You can use the password generator tool (http://passwordsgenerator.net/) to create a user password that meets the system requirements.
5. Click Submit to create the new user account.
