How to Use to Update Signal Observation Information in the AMD Data Tracker

If you need assistance or access to the data tracker, create a DTS Service Request for assistance.

1. Navigate to the data tracker login page, here http://transportation.austintexas.io and enter your city of Austin email address and Data Tracker password:

2. Under Programs, click on the Signal Requests button

3. Type in the street name(s), landmark, or request ID of the traffic the signal request you need to update, then Search. Once you have located the correct signal request, click Details to view request details.

4. From the Signal Request Details page, scroll down to find the evaluation for the current ranking round, and click Edit

5. Scroll down the page to find the Observation Scoring section.

Complete all of the observation fields. Make sure to change the Observation Needed field to ‘No’. and click the Submit button below each section of the form that you complete.
