Monitor Electronic Work Orders in Data Tracker

Summary: TMC Operators should periodically check the Work Orders page in the data tracker for electronic work orders that have been submitted, and update service requests (SRs) in the 311 CSR system as needed.

  1. Navigate to the electronic work orders by clicking here, or, from the data tracker home page, click the work orders button:

2. If the work order is related to an SR you will see the CSR # in the ‘Description’ column of the work order table.

You can optionally search for an SR by typing an SR number into the search by keyword box, and click search.

Click the Details icon to view the work order details.

4. The work order details page will contain all of the information that can be copied and pasted into the CSR system so that the SR can be closed. (OLD!!)
