Microsoft Teams
Teams is Microsofts' newest online collaboration tool. Like Skype, it allows you chat online and conduct remote meetings with video conferencing and screen sharing. It also has many additional features such as video recording and automated meeting transcription.

Otherwise, Microsoft provides installers for various operating systems, including mobile devices. They will also provide you on-screen instructions on installation.

The Watershed Protection Department has created and compiled an array of Teams training resources.
Be aware that changes and updates to your profile pic will be reflected across all Microsoft apps linked to your City of Austin account (e.g., Microsoft Office).
