How to remove attachments

If you would like to remove an attachment on a work order, you need to make sure the Print Date is not entered and is blank.

You will see the Cancel button on the attachment table and be able to cancel the attachment

Can't remove attachments?

If you don't see the Cancel button on the attachment table, then check the Print Date. If a print date is entered, email [e-mail].
