Requesting Sign Pick-Up
Once power has been restored, the MMC will request the temporary stop signs to be picked up. To do so, click the Requested for Pick-Up status and toggle “Request for Pickup” as seen in Figure 4. Signs and Markings will retrieve the signs and the process has been completed.

Signs and Markings staff will install the temporary stop signs and fill out high level details on the number of deployments and answer a confirmation question that the signal has been switched to FLASH
. Once they complete this form, the work order will be in a “Sign Deployed” Status.
When the MMC is ready for temporary stop signs to be picked up by Signs and Markings staff, the MMC will click REQUEST
to request pick-up.

The MMC staff shall also notify Signs & Markings that signs are ready to be picked up. Signs and Markings staff will confirm that pick up is complete by updating the status of the work order to Completed
. The completed status will allow MMC staff to know that this request is complete.
