Review & Inspect a Contractor Work Order

Go to Contractor | Work Orders page
Click Final Review filter button at the top of the page
Click the Details icon to review work order details
Review any Photo attachments , Dates Worked ,Materials Used and Signatures
Click Add Inspection button
Select "Yes" for the Inspected field
Select the Inspection Status that is appropriate
If any comment or issues need to be documented, fill out the Inspection Issue field
Click Submit
The inspection record will appear on the Work Order Details page under "Inspections"
Depending on what Inspection Status is entered, the Follow-up Status will appear on the table
The contractor will see the updated Follow-up Status so that they can make a correction or see that the Inspection was added and passed.
