Receiving Sign Pick-Up Request

Once Arterial Management is able to address turning the signal back on, the MMC staff will notify Signs & Markings staff that the signs are ready for pick up.

Signs & Markings Supervisors will notify Technicians and they will go to the ‘Need sign pick-up' tab to see which locations need to be picked up.

Picking-Up Temporary Sign

When sign is picked-up, Technicians click Complete.

Confirm again that the sign pick up is completed. If the signal is still dark or experiencing issues, notify the MMC. Status of the work order will move to Completed.
