• Click on the Service Area button

• Click on your division’s Service Area link

Division Service Area

• Click on your Division link

Division Page>Division Form Dashboard

• Click on Form Dashboard to see your report page

• Click into the field under "# Form Name" to open Form Details

Form Detail page

• Follow the instructions on the page

• Apply this filter “# Form Name" - "lower than" is "1"

• Click "Submit" to show results.

The results will show you users that have not completed the acknowledgement.
