Start Review
New SSPR Period
After an employee has signed their SSPR and the SSPR status is in a
Planning | Completed & Signed
Mid-year | Completed & Signed
Year-end | Completed & Signed
On the main SSPR table, under Staff Forms>SSPR
There will be a clock icon under Start Review column where you will initiate the new SSPR review period
Select the review period you'd like to start
Click Submit to enter a new SSPR review period
If you're in:
Planning | Completed & Signed, select Mid-year to be put into a Mid-year | In Review SSPR status
Mid-year | Completed & Signed, select Year-end to be put into Year-end | In Review SSPR status
Upon clicking Submit it will open up into the SSPR details under that new SSPR status
Copying Priorities for SSPR review period
When SSPR status is in Mid-year | In Review or Year-end | In Review there is a convenient "COPY" button available to copy over individual priorities from:
Planning to Mid-year
Mid-year to Year-end
On the Priorities table, click the COPY button, you will see a success message appear when it had copied : Copied successfully to Mid-year.
or Copied successfully to Year-end.
Toggle to the review period that the SSPR status is on
An alert icon will appear on the new review period rating field (Mid-year Rating/Year-end Rating/Special Review Rating) to let you know to Edit the record and enter your rating/comment
At the bottom of the Edit Priorities form you'll see the section to enter a rating/comment
Click Submit at the bottom of the form
Fill in SSPR Contents
Add SSPR Meeting
A notification will appear on this page remind you that when you add a SSPR Meeting record that the SSPR status will automatically be set to an "Employee Feedback Status"
Mid-year/Year-end Meeting - Version
Special Review Meeting - Version
1. Click + Add SSPR Meeting button to open a new form
2. Select Meeting Type and use the drop-down to select the appropriate type
3. Use the date picker to select the Meeting Date that the SSPR meeting took place
TYPE: Special Review Meeting
If SSPR Special Review Meeting must select the Special Review Type:
New Employee 6 month Probation
Promotion(al) 3 month Probation
Supervisory change
4. Type in name on Supervisor eSignature to finalize
5. When complete, click Submit at the bottom of the form
Close SSPR
When the SSPR is no longer active and will not require additional modification (ex. employee separates from the City, transfers to another department before Year-end SSPR period.
Click the X icon under Close SSPR
Review the Close SSPR message
Click Close SSPR when ready
