# Track your progress
Your application will be reviewed by your supervisor, and by HR to ensure you meet eligibility requirements.
1. Go to **Programs** tab, click **SBO Training**
2. From the Training Home page, click **My Training** button
This page appears with your training plans on "**My Active Training Plans**" and “**Application History**” and the status of your application.
### Once Your Application is Approved
Once your application has been **Approved**, the SBO Training Coordinator will create a training plan for you in Training.
Clicking on [**My Training**](https://atd.knack.com/hr#my-training-dashboard/) page, will let you see what courses you need to take to complete your career Progression program.
### Tracking Your Training Course Progress
* Your progress completing courses will show on this board. Courses turn from red to green as you pass them.
* Once your board is all green, you’re eligible for promotion, if you meet the experience and other requirements for your promotion title.
