Connect from Inside the COA Network

Follow these instructions if you are you are connected to the City of Austin network. This need may arise if you are on someone else's PC at an City of Austin office and need to remote into yours.

Open a browser window and navigate to https://coastore.austintexas.gov . Works the same as External site except the login page looks like this:

If you click "Use light version", it brings you to a log in page.

Enter your domain and computer username and computer (network) password (ex. coacd\Username)

Upon logging, click "Apps" menu at the top to see the applications available to open

To remote into your machine, click "Remote Desktop Connection" and "Open"
