This is usually the first status an SSPR is in, when a supervisor/manager is filling out the contents of the employee SSPR
Planning | Employee Feedback
When a supervisor/manager has filled out all contents of SSPR and met with employee, just needing employee's feedback and signature after a Planning SSPR meeting
Planning | Completed & Signed
When an employee has signed their Planning SSPR
Special Review
When an employee requires an SSPR because of:
New Employee 6 month Probation
Promotion 3 month Probation
Supervisory change
Special Review | Employee Feedback
When a supervisor/manager has filled out all contents of SSPR and met with employee, just needing employee's feedback and signature after a Special Review SSPR meeting
Special Review | Completed & Signed
When an employee has signed their Special Review SSPR
Mid-year | In Review
When a supervisor/manager is filling out the contents of the employee SSPR during the Mid-year SSPR period
Mid-year | Employee Feedback
When a supervisor/manager has filled out all contents of SSPR and met with employee, just needing employee's feedback and signature after a Mid-year SSPR meeting
Mid-year | Completed & Signed
When an employee has signed their Mid-year SSPR
Year-end | In Review
When a supervisor/manager is filling out the contents of the employee SSPR during the Year-end SSPR period
Year-end | Employee Feedback
When a supervisor/manager has filled out all contents of SSPR and met with employee, just needing employee's feedback and signature after a Year-end SSPR meeting
Year-end | Complete & Signed
When an employee has signed their Year-end SSPR
Closed
When the SSPR is no longer active and will not require additional modification (ex. employee separates from the City, transfers to another department before Year-end SSPR period.
