DB Docs with SchemaSpy

We use SchemaSpy to create a public-facing website that can be used to explore the Moped DB schema. We call these the "DB Docs", and they are vailable for staging and prod, here: https://db-docs.austinmobility.io

These docs are redeployed automatically via Github Action.

Data Dictionary

We have a data dictionary available within Moped which allows users to browser various lookup table values. It's available here: https://mobility.austin.gov/moped/dev/lookups
