As noted in the information about this dataset, the dataset is under active development and is subject to change at anytime. It may contain incomplete or inaccurate information. 

There have been  some issues (chewed cable, hardware overheating/failures, dirty lenses, etc.) with these detection systems that cause them to go down at times.
