Basic Steps on requesting SSO with CTM

• Configure SSO on a Knack Login Page

  • "Configuring a new Knack App with certificates" - Steps 1-8

  • SSL Certs are stored in 1Password

• Create ServiceNow ticket with CTM

  • Include Metadata file

  
• Reach out to John Dykowski, Michael Shanks (CTM ESA), let them know of the ticket

  • Send Metadata file (MS Teams)

• CTM sends updated metadata file back

  • Add the Identity Provider Cert to 1Password

• DTS updates the SSO configuration on the same Knack Login Page you used prior
